A city in Franklin County, Grandview Heights became a village in 1906 and a city in 1931. Did you know Grandview Heights used to be a part of Marble Cliff? Conveniently located and close to Downtown, this city has it’s own school district and fire/police station. Grandview Avenue and W 5th Avenue are two streets full of restaurants, things to do, and shopping. Don’t be fooled, Grandview might be one of the smaller communities in Central Ohio but there is still plenty within it’s boundaries. Once of the perks of a smaller community is the Walk Score. Grandview is considered “Very Walkable” but this popular website.
Grandview Heights School District is a well ranked, but small school district.
